The firm
Royal Financial Group
An independent corporate finance and management consultancy headquartered in Dubai — advising on funding, transactions, risk and performance for project sponsors, companies and investors across Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.
Who we are
Built around one thing: advice a board can act on.
Advice is only worth the fee if someone can act on it. That is the test we hold every deliverable to — a recommendation with the evidence attached, the assumptions stated, and the downside case written out rather than left to the reader.
The firm covers both halves of a mandate. We arrange the funding and we advise on the business that has to service it, which means the plan we take to a lender is a plan we have already tested from the inside. Royal Financial Group is headquartered in Dubai, drawing on more than a decade of combined corporate finance, project finance, transaction and management consulting experience across international markets.
- Independent — engaged for a view, not to place a product
- Senior-led — the people who win the work do the work
- Written scope and agreed fee before any mandate starts
- Primary evidence over desktop research, every time
- Confidentiality as standard, NDA on request before first meeting
- We decline mandates we cannot properly serve
Governance
How we keep the advice clean.
Conflict checks
Every mandate is checked against current and recent engagements before acceptance. Where a conflict exists, we disclose it in writing or decline.
Fee transparency
Fees, success components and any commission payable by a third party are set out in the engagement letter before work begins. No undisclosed arrangements.
KYC and source of funds
Client onboarding includes identity, ownership and source-of-funds verification consistent with UAE AML and CFT expectations.
Documented method
Assumptions, sources and dates are stated in every deliverable, so a third party can retrace how a conclusion was reached.
Institutional network
We work alongside banks, financial institutions, investors and legal and tax advisers, coordinating their role so the client runs one process, not five.
Data handling
Client information is held under confidentiality undertakings, shared only with named parties, and returned or destroyed at mandate close on request.
