Corporate finance & management consultancy · Dubai
The funding case,
and the business behind it.
Royal Financial Group arranges funding, tests transactions and improves how companies run. We work for project sponsors, corporates, investors and family offices across Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia — from the first feasibility question through to a signed facility and the operating plan behind it.
What we do
One discipline across every mandate: prove it before you recommend it.
Every mandate is scoped in writing, priced before work starts, and delivered by the people who won it. Below is the register of what we are engaged for most often.
Corporate finance, structured debt & funding arrangement
Structuring a fundable proposition and arranging the facility — senior, mezzanine, bridge, project, asset-backed and trade instruments — with banks, private credit funds, family offices and institutional lenders, negotiated through to signing.
Debt restructuring & refinancing
Rescheduling, restructuring and refinancing existing facilities — rebuilding the case, running the lender conversation and closing the amendment.
Mergers, acquisitions & business brokerage
Arranging the purchase or sale of a business: buyer and seller search, deal structure, negotiation strategy and coordination through to completion.
Business valuation
Establishing what a company, shareholding or business unit is actually worth, with the method, comparable set and sensitivity range stated in full.
Due diligence & credit review
Financial, commercial and operational diligence on targets, partners and counterparties, plus credit assessment reports on borrowers and obligors.
Feasibility studies
Whether the project works — commercially, operationally and financially — with a fully auditable model handed over at the end.
Risk management & cost control
Identifying, quantifying and pricing the risks in a transaction, project or portfolio, with cost control frameworks and mitigations a board can track.
Market studies & industry research
Demand, pricing, competitor and entry studies built on primary evidence: operators, distributors and buyers, not aggregated desktop data.
Management consultancy
Strategy, operating model, organisation, performance and governance — the decisions that determine whether the financial case is deliverable at all.
Why clients appoint us
One firm for the money and the management.
Most advisers stop at the term sheet. The reason a facility gets drawn late, or a project misses its case, is usually operational — so we are built to advise on both sides of that line.
Funding and delivery under one roof
The team that arranges your facility is the team that stress-tested the plan behind it. Nothing is lost in the handover between the finance adviser and the consultant.
Senior people, start to finish
The person who scopes your mandate is the person who writes the report. Nothing is handed down to a junior team after the pitch.
Findings you can hand over
Deliverables are built to survive a credit committee, an investment committee or a counterparty’s question — sourced, dated and defensible.
How a mandate runs
Four stages. You know the cost and the deliverable at each one.
Scope and terms
A short working session, then a written engagement letter: question, evidence required, deliverable, timeline, fee. No open-ended retainers.
Evidence and analysis
Data room review, management interviews, site and market verification, and a model built from primary sources rather than the sponsor’s deck.
Structure and options
We set out the realistic routes — and the ones we would not pursue — with the sensitivities, risks and counterparty appetite behind each.
Execution and follow-through
Preparing the information package, running the lender or buyer process, negotiating terms, and staying on through the operational changes the deal assumed.
Where we work
Built for capital-intensive sectors, where the funding structure is the whole question.
Our core work sits where capex is heavy, tenors are long and the funding package decides whether the asset gets built at all — energy, power, infrastructure, real estate and industrials. These are the mandates where independent testing of the case earns its fee fastest.
- Energy — oil, gas and downstream
- Power, water and renewables
- Infrastructure, transport and PPP
- Real estate and mixed-use development
- Industrial, manufacturing and petrochemicals
- Hospitality and leisure development
- Logistics, warehousing and trade infrastructure
